“ Good food and fair price The waitress was very nice and our order was on our table in about 10 min ”
“ We stopped at this place on the way through town based on the Yelp pictures and reviews. Hailey was our waitress and she was very friendly and she put up with my friend's "no vegetables" on his plate request. Hailey's recommendations did not disappointment. The star of the show was homemade carrot cake. One piece is big enough to feed a small crowd. It's a cool place with cool pictures and good food. Stop by and say hi to Hailey and Kim! ”
“ Food as one would expect, cowboy country cooking. Service was good both times. We waited a little longer but it was between shifts I think. ”
“ Cute cowboy Bar. Great food and cold beer What else could you ask for? (Maybe lower prices) ”
“ We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant is filled with lots of rustic cowboy and Indian stuff (think branding irons, chaps, bows & arrows), including huge pictures and an old Gene Autry black and white movie running on multiple screens. Of course the music is all country. Draft beer is all local. Name brand beer is available in bottles. Love it when restaurants offer local draft beer! We both ordered the prime cheddar on toasted sourdough sandwich. Totally awesome, tasty and filling. The horseradish sauce with red onions really was perfect. The sides (potato salad and mac n cheese) were absolutely delicious, tasted just like home made. We topped it off with strawberry rhubarb pie, definitely home made and top notch. We recommend Cowboy Cookin' without reservation. We'll be back! ”
“ Popped in for a bite to eat on the way to Vegas from Phoenix. It's a fun restaurant that really caters to Wickenburg's cowboy scene. They were pretty busy but we were greeted quickly and seated back in the bar area. After taking a good look at the menu I decided to get a cheeseburger and my mom got a French dip. I really enjoyed my burger. The original sauce on it was tasty and gave it something to set it apart from the fast food burger joints in town. It was a good size too. My mom wasn't super impressed with her French dip though. She thought the sauce was off. Overall if you're heading through I'd give it a shot! I'll probably stop in again sometime. ”
“ Diane and I stopped here for lunch on the way from Laughlin to Tucson. Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Potato Skins were good choices for apps. Then I had a very good and big medium rare as ordered Cheeseburger with French Fries. This place just exudes flavors of the Wild West. Portraits of Wild Bill Hickock and sureshot gunslingers like Billy the Kid and Annie Oakley adorn the walls; a lifesize sculpture of a horse is situated just outside the front of the restaurant; and black and white Westerns play continuously on TV screens mounted overhead. Music heard while we ate included a sung rendition of "Home on the Range" and Willie Nelson's version of "You Were Always on My Mind." We received fine and friendly service by Rosa. ”
“ Iconic restaurant with great western decorations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good solid food. I had a steak salad. Steak cooked exactly as I asked. Yummy mix of veggies, steak and blue cheese crumbles. Husband had a burger. He said it was average, bun a little dry, great local beer selection, ”
